Over the years I had the opportunity to work with so many peoples that have so many worries, concerns, questions over life it self that made me also reflect on the 3 main life issues.

1. The first thing I discover that if you see a problem is better to fix it than to avoided by quitting. Latter, as I discover in one of my ex-colleagues blog entry, it will haunt you down. The lesson is a lesson and you have to live it and learn out of it or the lesson will be back. I notice also on myself that the more I try to resist the more I repeat the same mistake.

2. Take life as a continuous, chain of learning opportunities, every single second there is something to learn, change, improve out there, the learning is not the end itself, it is a journey. What we do with this opportunities is up to us, assume responsibility for choices and for consequences. Be curios and adventurous but also be prepared to let go things .

3. Do not project on the others your own fears and your own loves. I recently discover that what I hate the most out of me I project it on others as their defect.

The more I think about is the more I see what I need to learn and by that to offer my support on the others.
