Two years ago I had a conversation about the customer and the "new ways of services/products".
I remember the laugh and the irony from the other side: Yeah, like that will ever happen!
I was talking about: one-size-do-not-fit-all, customer as designer/creator and not passive consumer. How we have to change our mindset and develop flexible technologies that can easily adapt and support personal needs and the fall of mass production approach.
The more and more I use social collaboratively platforms the more I realize that I was wrong...... on one single instance, I do it will change to WE will do it.
I have to say it... :) I was right.
